It's delicious and fluffy! Chocolate and vanilla flavours are both good but the vanilla goes with everything, I use it in smoothies and oatmeal everyday. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Will continue to buy Formula 1 Select Nutritional Shake product for a long time.

It's hard to find a high-quality protein shake that doesn't have artificial sweeteners (can't stand the taste or stomach the intestinal-effects of fake sugars), so this was a welcomed find. And compared to nearly every other whey protein I've tried, this stuff mixes into water really easily
